    Hi,
    Can anyone advise me, please?
My Mac 28 has an extra cockpit floor, laid on top of the original floor. This extra floor is made of softwood and ‘teak-effect’ overlay. It looks fine, but its hatches are flush with the floor, and don’t have a raised edge to keep the water out. So even a strong rainshower finds its way into the bilges. I am thinking of stripping off the extra floor, and reinstating/replacing the original hatches.

Can anyone let me know the dimensions of their cockpit hatches – at least the two nearest the stern (the forrard one has been mutilated to accomodate a larger engine, poking up above hatch level) – or give me a contact who could source or manufacture replacement hatches ?
    Thanks, Peter D

I have an Atlanta mine has a permanently fitted wood piece that is about 4 inches tall the hatch covers sit on it.
