Does anyone know where the mac 26’s had their water tank fitted?
The one on Menoa was taken out around 20 years ago and I’m having a time trying to work out where it used to go. ?
My 1966 macwester26 water tanks are under the cabin seating towards the front where your legs are(rather than where your buttocks are). I think the second was a later fitting or there was an issue that was fixed as it looks different to the otherside. Not sure what they are made of but definitely fibreglassed onto brass pipe. Can’t see them or get to them without ripping out the front paneling of the seats. I don’t have a bench/diner set up. Hope this helps.
