I have recently purchased MW 27 sail number 696. This number, the paperwork and deck moulding number corresponds to 1976. There is a very smartly moulded GRP main hatch fitted. This was not made at the Macwester Marine yard at Littlehampton, as I was working on the sales staff there, from 1972 to 1978, shortly before the takeover my Trident Marine. Does anybody else have the same type of sliding hatch ? Was it standard on later production ?

There are also very neat GRP cubby holes on each side of the cockpit, under the winches, to stow the genoa sheets.
