    I would like to get a Sprat hood for my macwester 28. I don’t have an old one to copy one.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Tim
    I have just joined and have a Macwester 28 with a spray hood which is elderly but fits very well and has endured a number of storms.
    I need to get it refurbished as holding down straps are decaying.
    If I can find a makers name next visit to the mooring I will let you know.

    I have found a couple of images of the spray hood but cannot find a way to upload them. Can you only put them on a hosting site and link to them?

    Excuse my ignorance but is the Macwester the same as the Atalnta 28 ??

    Macwester Marine sold the hull moulds of the 28 to Atlanta in the late 1970’s so they are substantially the same.
