East Coast Mac Meet at Royal Harwich Yacht Club to be held on weekend 18/19 May 2024

Programme

Members will be welcomed from Friday evening, with the main meet taking place on the Saturday. The Club House will be open from11.00 on the Saturday and lunch can be obtained from 12.00.

For those of you that have never visited the Royal Harwich we have a small marina adjacent to MDL’s marina which is immediately up stream of us on the River Orwell.    It is one of the most beautiful settings for any yacht club in the country.   There are a number of walks along the tree lined River Orwell, and for the intrepid, as far as Pin Mill where the Butt and Oyster pub is situated.

The Club has reserved 6 berths for visiting Members and for those that are coming by land there is a dedicated car park with plenty of space.

The Cub have invited us to to join them in their Quiz Night and the Macwester Association will be fielding at least two teams.
